• The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order.
• Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase.
• Card information is transmitted over secure SSL encryption and is not stored.
• Please note that local charges may occur.
• Creative Ministry Group reserves the right to amend any information without prior notice.

Privacy & Security Policy

As a visitor to this site, you can navigate through the pages without providing any personal information. There are some activities, such as ordering products, which will require you to provide information about yourself by filling out and submitting an online form. Ordering products is completely optional. If you choose to order a product via the website, you will be asked to provide personal information, such as your first and last name, mailing address, e-mail address, company, telephone number, fax number and credit card number. Some of this information will be listed as mandatory and some as voluntary. If you do not provide the mandatory information, you will not be able to complete your order. Shipping & Delivery

We do not ship outside the United States. We ship via United States Postal Service. We are committed to keeping prices low and affordable for all ministries, which means that at this time customers are unable to specify the carrier of their choice. We are also committed to shipping all orders for in-stock resources within 24 to 48 business hours. Out of stock, specialty items, backorders, or pre-orders, will be shipped when available. If an order contains one of these items, the entire order will be held until the backordered item is in stock. To insure all ordered items arrive promptly, separate orders should be made for all out of stock, specialty, backorder, and pre-order items. To Calculating Shipping Charges Add the products you wish to order to your cart. Go to the ‘estimate shipping & tax’ window. Enter your shipping State and zip code. Click on the ‘get a quote’ button. You are not bound to the sale at this point. The sale will only become final after you have entered your credit card information and clicked “Submit Order for Processing.”

These download pages are intended to be downloaded and printed for use by the  purchasing entity only and may not be transferred to or duplicated by any other party, in either electronic or physical form. This access and use is restricted to employees, staff, agents and volunteers of the purchasing entity and may not be transferred or sold. The purchasing entity may make copies, either electronic or physical, for its employees, staff, agents and volunteers that are reasonably necessary to implement or utilize the content thereof.  These copies may not be transferred in any way to any party other than the employees, staff, agents, and volunteers of the purchasing entity. Any reproduction for commercial resale or distribution is strictly prohibited. Posting of any Creative Ministry Group Consultants, LLC resources in whole or in part, on unsecured website on in any other publicly available forum or setting is strictly prohibited  Any unauthorized reproduction of this material or incorporation into a new work is a direct violation of United States copyright laws.

The purchase of this product entitles you to a maximum of three download. In the event that you require further access to the same download, one additional retrieval is available for a fee of up to $5.00.
